final cost of the funeral. You have the right to choose the services and merchandise you
desire. Here is a list of services typically chosen for a graveside service:
  • Local transfer of the deceased to the funeral home
  • Basic sanitary care
  • Dressing and casketing
  • Basic arrangements fee
  • Supervision for the graveside service
  • Hearse to local cemetery

The items above total $3965. Additional costs include the casket selection (see below) and
third-party charges (see below).

Certain choices which you make may require that other services are provided to comply with
the law (see our General Price List for details or contact us).

Please note that the above costs exclude "cash advance" or other items
which you  may need or want, such as:
  • Cemetery Charge –to open and close the grave.
  • Clergy-if you would like for us to arrange for a Rabbi (usually a $500 honorarium is customary but could be more in NY)
  • Death Certificates- each certified copy you wish us to obtain for you costs $5-$20 each depending upon the location of death
  • Gratuities-which we must disburse to appropriate parties on your behalf (approximately $65)
  • Newspaper notices-Newspaper charges vary greatly, from no charge, to over $40.00 per line
